The Truth Behind Sexually Satisfied Women

The Truth Behind Sexually Satisfied Women

We interviewed 813 women over a twelve month period via online chat sessions regarding their sex lives. With their permission, we have published and summarized some results that will give men some very valuable insight into the core sexual needs and wants of modern women.

No it’s not a myth, she DOES want more.

The most sexually satisfied women are having sex 2 -3 times a week, with 40% of this group lusting for more. Women define sex in a much broader sense than men, which does not always equate to sexual intercourse. Women indicated that a combination of regular sex and feeling sexy in general was what counted as feeling sexually satisfied.

Let your lady know that she is on your mind during the day, try mixing things up by texting her a request to wear her sexy red dress when you meet up for dinner. You could even go one step further and add to the request regarding what under wear you would like her to wear (or not wear). You just know that you are going to drive her wild.

An incredible 100% of our respondents acknowledged that warm up sex was a huge factor in feeling satisfied. Sexting is becoming the next big thing in cyber flirting, and with many modern singles utilizing online dating sites and social networking to find partners, women are becoming increasingly technologically savvy.

Women know just how keen their guy is to have sex on tap, but listen up – women are just as keen, they simply respond far better when the guy puts a little effort in and knows her well enough to know what buttons to push.

If she’s hot – she knows it.

When a woman is leading a sexually fulfilled life, her self esteem is usually very high and she is often convinced that her partner views her as very sexy. Another useful tip for men resulting from our survey respondents is to avoid openly criticizing other females body parts, this is a sure way to turn her sexual liberation into sexual hibernation, you run the risk of making her paranoid, she could think you think the same about her.

She will tell you what she needs. “Complimenting me during sex is often enough to send me over the edge”. – Mindy, 23. “Nearly 80% of women will tell you what they want when the heat is on, it’s like they have been let out of a cage, but will often retreat and go all shy after she has been tamed and reaches climax” says Dr Lonnie Barbach, author of For Each Other: Sharing Sexual Intimacy.

Size or passion?

Okay guys, here’s the burning question finally answered, once and for all, no, size doesn’t seem to matter! Less than 10% of women thought it as critical to have a big penis to feel sexually satisfied, and for your information – the normal erect penis measures 16cm (6.3 inches) when measured from the top to the base on the upper surface – now – you have the facts!

To Cheat Or Not To Cheat When It Comes To Weight Training?

To Cheat Or Not To Cheat When It Comes To Weight Training?

I think a lot of weight trainers are very confused when it comes to weight training form and technique. There are two schools of thought on the subject of weight lifting form and technique. Depending on who you talk to, some say it may be ok to cheat on certain exercises while others will say you should be in strict form all the time.

Is it ok to cheat on your weight training exercises? I think this is where a lot of the confusion comes in when someone wants to loosen up their form on certain exercises. I mean, it’s easy to see the confusion since most aspiring trainers can get easily misguided with some of the information that’s posted in the magazines and on the internet.

I vividly remember trying to emulate Arnold and Bertil Fox’s training style when I was younger, using very heavy poundages and cheating on just about every exercise I attempted and on every set! My training buddy and I at the time would cheat on just about every exercise we did in order to lift more weight. The only thing that I managed to do was cheat myself out of some possible gains and injuring myself.

However, after I learned the proper way to execute my lifts and “re-programming” my brain and body for weight training, I found that cheating on certain lifts can be beneficial. Now, there is a proper way to “cheat” and how to get the most from this kind of training. These days, I rarely cheat on my lifts but when I do, it’s near the end of my training cycle using heavier than normal weight and only on certain lifts.

What benefit is there to cheating? The thing you have to remember about cheating is that it is only there to help you over that “little hump” or sticking point. It’s usually when you are on the way up from a lift such as the mid way point of a bench press or barbell curl. The benefit of using a little cheat is that it helps add a little bit more intensity to your routine and helping your get the weight up using your target muscles. This is no way meant to be a crutch and you should never allow your self to use this technique in this way.

Is there a proper way to cheat? Yes, there is and most seasoned weight trainers will periodically use this type of style in their programs. However, this is a technique for more advanced trainers and one that I would never recommend to a beginner to weight training. Alright, how can cheating be beneficial to training when everyone tells you that you must be in strict form to perform a weight training exercise?

Please remember that I am a huge advocate on performing your exercises in the strictest manner possible but…There are certain times in your training cycle that may require you to loosen up your form.

The first thing that you must understand is that all weight trainers must have the correct form in place and your technique must be down to a science, otherwise, cheating will not work and your going to injure yourself. Your weight training movements must be correct at all times during the lift and only then, can you allow yourself to cheat. I know, it sounds a little confusing but this is a must. Only after you’ve mastered the form and technique of your weight training exercises can you even begin to think about using the “cheating principle” in your programs.

If you’re a beginner who is just starting out, forget about cheating. However, if you feel that your form and technique are down to a science, it may be time to take your body a little further.

The most important thing you must know about this type of weight training is that you can only cheat on certain exercises, on certain sets, and on certain reps. Let’s take the bench press for example. Let’s assume the following progression is involved:

o Warm up set 1 x 20 repetitions;

o Set one: 1 x 10 repetitions;

o Set two: 1 x 8 repetitions;

o Set three: 1 x 6 repetitions;

o Set four: 1 x 6 repetitions.

In order to effectively use the cheating principle, you will perform the first three sets in super strict form. That is, you will not be using any cheating at all. However, on the last set, you will be using near 80% to 85% of your maximum lift and on the last two repetitions of your set, you will allow yourself to cheat.

Now, I’m not talking about arching your back at a 90 degree angle or letting the weight bounce of your chest, half way through the movement. I’m talking about allowing yourself a slight arch in your back when the weight is coming up. To effectively cheat with this lift, you will really bring your back into the bench, puff your chest outwards and slightly arch your back an inch or so off the bench.

The only exercises you should allow your self to cheat is on compound lifts such as the bench press, military press, rows, barbell curls, and some presses. The only time you should be cheating is on the last set of your exercise and only on the last two or three repetitions, never any more – And allow yourself a slight cheat. Bending 90 degrees at the waist to get a barbell curl up is not a smart cheat!

Remember this. You can only use this technique for a maximum of 3 to 5 weeks and only near the end of your training cycle. For example, let’s say your on a 12 week training cycle. I would recommend that you incorporate the cheating principle on weeks 9 through to12 . Any longer than this and you will risk injury. I’m speaking from direct experience here, and from some of my past training partners. Don’t get too comfortable using this technique because it places a tremendous amount of stress on your body and if abused, can and will lead to injury.

Beware Spying on Cell Phones is a Snap – Be Careful How you Use your Phone -

Beware Spying on Cell Phones is a Snap – Be Careful How you Use your Phone –

Article by Ralston Johnson

Cell phone monitoring software is able to capture SMS text messages, cell phone GPS location, incoming and outgoing cell phone call logs information and transmits the data to an online secure account where users can log in and read it, and also search content for words and phrases and datastrings such as telephone numbers. The most important problem isn’t technical, it’s legal. Unless of course you have permission you are breaking the law to use it. Mobile tracking software programs are becoming very widespread and often do much more than locate mobiles. Interested in how children, employees or lovers are operating their mobile devices? Provocative software applications record and archive SMS text messages, track cell phone GPS location, sent and received smartphone call logs data and send it to a web secure site.

Over the last couple of years several software developers have released spyware for smartphones. Spy phone software captures SMS text messages, cell phone GPS location, sent and received mobile phone call log information and delivers the information to an online secure account where users can logon and review it, and also search content for words and phrases and data strings such as telephone numbers. As an option information can be forwarded to any selected email address.

The common communication activity of sending SMS messages, technically identified as Short Message System (SMS), but more commonly referred to as “texting”, is a straightforward, easy, and convenient manner to keep in touch to and from mobiles. Not just an exceptional means for people to keep in touch, text messages can be an useful means for software applications to exchange simple messages, and even setup instructions, to and from mobiles. One characteristic of SMS text messaging that makes it especially useful for mobile software applications is that it relies on smartphone fixed identity, the phone number. This aspect makes available an unique benefit over other technologies that use IP addresses because a smartphone IP address will vary according to the existing network.

The popular applications empower you to easily convert popular cell phones into a remote listening device by transmitting SMS messages to remotely control its microphone, turn it on, and monitor the mobile phone surroundings or Intercept Calls and surreptitiously tap into cell phone calls and monitor conversations. The biggest problem isn’t technical, it’s legal. Unless of course you have permission you are breaking the law to use it. Mobile tracking software applications are becoming quite popular and can do much more than track the location of smartphones.

Innovative technologies are bringing about change about the desirability to balance privacy and protection. In recent years a few software developers have issued ?spyware? for mobile phones. Spyphone software is often marketed to catch cheating spouses, but other legitimate uses include Parental checking how teens are possibly misusing their, mobile phones – such as the serious sexting epidemic – and for employee monitoring for productivity, industry regulatory compliance and ediscovery, among numerous other reasons.

Cell phone usage among children has reached unprecedented levels of use. Cellphones are unquestionably an important part of children’s lives. Approximately twenty-two percent of young children possess a cell phone (ages 6-9), 60 percent of tweens (ages 10-14), and 84 percent of teens (ages 15-18). Additionally cellphone companies now are advertising to younger children with colourful kid-friendly phones and easy-to-use functions. Just about 54 percent of 8 to12 year olds will have cellphones within the next three years.

Smartphones are the mobile phones with computer capabilities. Trade names like BlackBerry, iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android, Nokia Symbian all have spyphone software for sale. Spy Call and Call Intercept mobile phone tapping require that the target phone uses a GSM network. Over three million smartphones a month are sold in the United States and Canada, and they’re reaching almost 150 million delivered per year worldwide.

Protect families, investigate infidelity and monitor employees by using Phone Monitoring software applications and look into Details Concerning Phone Spy. Legal specialists and authorities concur that parents has to be monitoring and tracking exactly how their children make use of their mobile phones and who they are interacting with.

SpyBubble Has The Mobile Spy Software You Need

SpyBubble Has The Mobile Spy Software You Need

Article by Mary O’Mally

If you’re talking to someone about your cell phone and start to discuss spy cell phone software, the word you’ll probably hear the most often next is SpyBubble. And we’ll tell you why many people hear of this company first.SpyBubble is the name of the best spy cell phone software available today. In my opinion at least. It’s the best because it works on a huge number of mobile phones. It works on Symbian based phone software, which is what most of the BlackBerry and Androids use, and it also works on iPhones and many more! And, if you don’t like the word spy in relation to what you’re doing, let’s just say you’re supervising, as you should be.For instance, let’s say you have the feeling that your kid isn’t being completely honest with you about where he’s going or what he’s doing while outside the house. With Spybubble, you can monitor their every move. In case you’re worried that you will need to have constant access to the phone, it isn’t like that; you put the software on the phone once, and then you do your monitoring from your computer.Everything is put into your account online for you to check out whenever you want. The features of the phone are just unbelievable; the one you might use the most is the GPS location tracking feature to see if they really are where they said they were going. Are they really at the roller skating rink, or at a house party. There’s no more guessing, you will know for certain as you check in online. There’s also several other features in SpyBubble to track calls and txt messaging. It goes one step ahead of others and tracks what is being received, as well as what’s being sent! It also gives you access to the phone book so you can locate any suspicious numbers that are being called. All that would give you plenty of information, but now you can also track emails! You might find other spy cell phone software that does what I mentioned above; but Spybubble gives you much more with email and URL tracking. Yes, I said URL tracking – you’ll also be able to see what online internet sites have been stored in the browser.OK, so if that’s not enough for you yet, you will also be able to check into pictures that were received – and/or sent. Sexting is very common these days as teenagers use txt messages to do their dirty talk; this may be fine, but what if there’s photos going up that are not so proper; these photos will stay in the online world forever!

If you need more information to make a decision on whether you should purchase SpyBubble as your spy cell phone software of choice, visit: http://BestSpyCellPhoneSoftware.com

Emotional Infidelity – Top 10 Signs of Emotional Infidelity

Emotional Infidelity – Top 10 Signs of Emotional Infidelity

Emotional infidelity is the new fad on the internet and is appropriately titled “cyber cheating.” Many homes have one to two computers making it easy to carry on an emotional affair without the partner ever knowing. It’s convenient, cheap and fun! A person can learn a lot about an internet stranger by communicating through a few emails, texts or chats, all without the embarrassment of meeting in person.

The sharing of personal information with strangers online is commonplace on the internet. Personal details are shared on chat boards, personal websites, blogs, message boards and porn sites. Emotional infidelity is an infidelity that occurs through emotions, feelings or thoughts, rather than physical in nature. With the increase in technology through the internet and cell phones, the traditional term of infidelity has become broader to include thoughts and/or feelings. Emotional infidelity can include anything from texting someone intimately via cell phone to emailing intimate correspondence, exchanging personal photos or viewing pornography.

The main difference between physical infidelity and emotional infidelity is physical contact. Physical infidelity involves people meeting directly and then engaging in physical intimacy. Emotional infidelity can occur in distant locations with absolutely no physical contact occurring. The primary difference between traditional cheating and emotional infidelity is actual, physical contact. With emotional infidelity, there may be a meeting, but it can occur on a cell phone or a computer. Some people who emotionally cheat don’t consider the act to be a true form of infidelity because there is no physical contact. Others see no difference between physical and emotional infidelity because emotional infidelity has the same basic behavioral actions as traditional infidelity.

When actor Brad Pitt became emotionally involved with Angelina Jolie on the set of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” it was only a matter of time before their emotional infidelity led to physical infidelity, resulting in a divorce between he and Jennifer Anniston. When a person cheats, they flirt and seduce another regardless of whether they are in physical contact or not. The problem results when the partner pays emotional or physical attention to someone other than their mate.

In an additional WS infidelity poll of 5,449 women, over 91% (4,988) of all women felt that emotional affairs could lead to physical affairs and a mere 8% (461) did not. An emotional affair can begin quite innocently and as time passes the information two people exchange becomes more intimate. As the trust factor increases, so does the curiosity, which many times ends up in a physical meeting.

When a person is not getting their emotional needs met in a relationship, they seek it from someone who will give it to them. All people want to be loved, acknowledged, validated and needed. Humans want to be desired. If those needs aren’t getting met through their partner, they go online and find someone who meets their needs and begin cyber cheating. There are plenty of strangers online who will fulfill those needs, especially if deceit is involved. Many people lie to the online strangers in order to get the attention they think they deserve. The person may tell the stranger how mean and distant their partner is so the stranger feels pity for them. Many married people tell online strangers they are “separated” or “divorcing” when this is far from the truth.

With the ease of meeting new people through the internet and through various communication devices, the number of people engaged in emotional infidelity and cyber cheating will increase. However, it is important for the parties engaging in the communications to consider the consequences and pain these acts may have on their partner. A good way to determine what is and what is not acceptable is to ask yourself if you would be okay with your partner engaging in the same type of behavior with another. If the answer is no, then you should definitely back off because emotional infidelity can hurt just as deeply as physical unfaithfulness.

The following behavioral signs are the top 10 signs of emotional infidelity. If any of these ring a bell in regards to your relationship, perhaps you are not as close to your partner as you should be.

1. You have little or no sex. Partner is always too busy or tired. 2. You have petty arguments. 3. You feel like you don’t have anything in common any more. 4. One of you is no longer attracted to the other. 5. Partner spends unusually long periods of time on cell phone or computer. 6. Partner suddenly becomes hypercritical about your appearance. 7. Partner becomes secretive or defensive when questioned about their behavior. 8. Partner loses interest in relationship or family activities. 9. Partner stays on computer very late at night after you have retired. 10. Partner secures their computer in a locked area or with passwords you don’t have access to.

If your relationship shows any of the above signs, it may be time to communicate with your partner to try to reconnect. If you don’t, this supposed casual “friendship” can quickly turn from cyber cheating into something more.

Talk to your partner and tell them what you need and want. Don’t be afraid to express your true feelings, including your insecurities and concerns. A loving mate will be understanding of your feelings and work through it with you. Tell your partner that you miss them and you need their devotion and attention. This will help reopen the communication channels.

Love & Sex Answers: bit.ly — Dan and Jenn, I was just wondering your take on cyber sex and ‘texting’? I have received lots of different advice on the subject and what people think of it and so far everyone has a different take. The reason I ask is that I have recently discovered that my boyfriend of over 2 years has had a regular habit of jumping online and exploring. Normally I would be open minded about these types of things, I know it’s considered by some just a form of masturbation, but I have discovered that some of these women are not anonymous and are actual acquaintances of his -and mine. I know nothing physical has occurred. I have confronted him, we went through a very rough patch but have essentially worked out our relationship and he has (to my knowledge) halted his habits and seems more devoted to me than ever. However, the images and messages I came across are still haunting me. What should I do? — Ask Your Love or Sex question: 1.On our YouTube channel page (not private message) 2. Relationships And Cheating How To Get Over It

Relationships And Cheating How To Get Over It

Article by John Viscido

Does it seem like relationships and cheating go to together like chocolate and peanut butter? It can start to when everyone you know has had someone cheat on them. And chances are that you’ve had someone cheat on you. Or when it comes to relationships and cheating, you were the one doing the cheating.

Cheating hurts. It hurts the person who’s being cheated on, and believe it or not, it hurts the cheater. The cheater has to hide what he’s doing, probably has to lie to keep it a secret and has to feel the guilt that goes with it.

Even if he or she doesn’t seem guilty, they probably secret feel guilty. When there are relationships and cheating occurs, that doesn’t mean the end of the relationship every time.

You’ve been in a relationship and you’ve been cheated on, and you’ve gotten back together or you’ve never broken up. Can you really make it work now that the other person has cheated? How do you get over it? Will he cheat again?

It’s not easy to save these relationships, and cheating is something that can sometimes happen more than once. But if you can truly rebuild your trust in the other person, then you can stay together and be happy.

Do you know why the person cheated on you? That’s a very important consideration in whether you’ll be able to trust them not to cheat on you again. Were things not good in your relationship at the time, or was it just convenient and just “happened?” You should be able to have a calm discussion about these reasons.

If the reasons turn out to be things like he or she was simply bored that day and the opportunity came along, then you may have problems. If the other person can give no better reasons for hurting you that way, you may want to consider whether you really can forgive them to be happy. It won’t be easy.

If you were having problems, then at least the other person may have thought that the relationship was going to end anyway. They might have felt ignored or undervalued. This is not to give them a good excuse for cheating–they were wrong. But it can help you to understand what they were thinking at the time and you can work on the problems together.

Relationships and cheating are a curious mixture, with some couples able to move on quite well after the devastation of an affair. Sometimes, though, the person who was cheating on can’t get over it. To stay in the relationship when there’s no trust there, and he or she fears that the other will cheat at any time, can be a miserable thing to do.

The constant suspicions can make you miserable, and can make the other person feel under a microscope 24/7. You have to decide to trust the person not to hurt you again, and let go of the fear even though it can be very hard to do in relationships and cheating situations.

Why Emotional Infidelity Is More Dangerous Than Physical Infidelity

Why Emotional Infidelity Is More Dangerous Than Physical Infidelity

Most would usually think that emotional infidelity is less serious than physical infidelity but both share the same devastating effects as having a physical affair. It can in fact elicit forbidden relationships especially when you are too attached with an individual other than your spouse.

Emotional infidelity comes in when one’s emotional needs are unmet. This leads to the association of an individual with someone other than his or her spouse.

A person committing emotional infidelity does not even have the slightest idea that he is committing such forbidden acts. There are too many justifications that the signs of impending danger are often overlooked.

Emotional infidelity is much more profound than physical infidelity.

Ever heard of the adage “there is nothing so seductive as that which is forbidden”?

With physical infidelity, it is easy for a man or a woman to get over the situation. Both can be considered cheating but with emotional infidelity the betrayal is kept hidden. When you fantasize about someone or you have lustful feelings toward someone it can grow into something more serious that may put your marriage at risk.

This happens when you see the person you are fantasizing about on a daily basis and you seem to be so attached with each other. Physical infidelity takes place when you hold hands, touch or kiss.

There are warning signs of physical and emotional infidelity and these are something you should watch for if you want to save your marriage.

Since physical infidelity is rooted from emotional infidelity, you should pay heed first to the signs of emotional infidelity and this may include:

Emotional infidelity usually begins through friendship. This may take place at the workplace or even through a chat room. Wherever the friendship started, this is something that you need to control as deep bond of friendship may just lead to something more serious. If you are going to look at the bigger picture, making friends with the opposite sex may seem to be harmless but it can pose a lot of danger to your married life when you start to withdraw from your wife and prefer your “new found friend’s” company. If you spend more time with your “friend” than your wife, this is an obvious sign that you are about to border on emotional infidelity. If you used to spend the weekends bonding with your family and you start changing plans and prefer to hang out with your “friend” it is high time you assess your feelings. At first, the meetings are too casual but once you show a sign of disinterest in spending time with your spouse and you become too intimate with the other person, this can lead to physical indulges. These often take place as means of covering up for the qualities that your spouse lacks. If you seem to share details of your married life that are supposed to be kept within your married life, you may also hover on the brink of disaster. Once you share intimate feelings with the “friend” she will also have the tendency to tell you about her personal problems which also involve her married life. When confrontation arises, most will defend that they are merely friends when the things that happened were the exact opposite. You should also watch out when your spouse mentions new friends and new places that have not been normally a part of his social life. Watching his daily routines will also be necessary as a cheating spouse is more likely to change his daily routines and behavior.Emotional infidelity comes your way when your spouse starts to become too critical about your appearance and he/she no longer finds it appealing to spend time with you.

To avoid emotional infidelity you need to:

Steer clear of situations that may lead to forbidden love affairs

This means you need to avoid making friends when you think that you cannot control your emotions. You should know where to draw the line and if self-control is an issue, better avoid developing friendships with the opposite sex by all means.

Heed the warning bells

Physical infidelity will not even take place if you know how to put a stop to emotional infidelity and you can do this by simply heeding the tell tale signs of emotional infidelity.

Stop convincing yourself that you are “just friends.” Get out of the situation while you can because you will not realize that you have already subjected yourself to emotional infidelity until it is too late.

If you think that your relationship shows the above signs of emotional and physical infidelity do not ignore these signs as paying attention to them may actually save your marriage.

If you think that your spouse is cheating on you, do not be afraid to express your feelings. If you feel insecure about your relationship tell him or her about it. It is important that you keep your communication line open.

Discuss your personal concerns and allow your partner to explain his or her side. Shouting at the top of your lungs will not resolve anything. In fact, it can worsen the situation.

You can even talk to a marriage counselor if you think that your married life is already on the rocks. When discussing your problems try to see things in your spouse’s perspective.

Do not underestimate the power of emotional infidelity as this is more dangerous than physical infidelity. If you keep on entertaining sexual thoughts outside your marriage, it can lead to something disastrous. If you think that your spouse is neglecting you, do not hesitate to tell him or her about it.

He/she may not have the slightest idea that you are longing for his/her love. Both of you may be very busy that you failed to give each other a little loving. Be honest with your feelings if you want to fulfill your emotional needs.

If you remain mum about your personal feelings, nothing will be resolved. You always have to be on the lookout for the signs of emotional infidelity because this can produce more deleterious effects than you know.

Time To Act:

Bust Infidelity

Stop being the victim, stop living in self-denial, stop living in pain, stop living in agony and stop living in self-pity.
